Guilty Pleasure


Lets face it each and every one of us has that one special food related 
guilty pleasure.
It could be chocolate.
Maybe a slice of apple pie.
Or maybe a big bowl of pasta?
It makes you feel good to eat it.

And we all know that indulging in these guilty pleasure
usually goes straight to our hips or thighs 
and stays there.

But it is okay!
It is not the end of the world.
And shouldn't be the end of your weight loss journey.
In fact, it could be a good thing to indulge 
in a bite or two.
Take a bite, 
Get it out of your system 
And then jump back on the horse.
You can do it!
