It's been sometime since my last post on here.
Sometimes life just gets in the way from doing what you want to do.
The good news..
I am still on course and as of today am down 11.2 lbs!!
This round has been rough on me.
Getting sick,
dehydrated,
and worn out.
I am feeling much better and have found my way back to reaching my goal.
