Have you ever woken up feeling bloated, irritable, foggy, tired, fat and just all around not feel good?
If so you may be suffering from a Food Hangover!
I woke up this way this morning.
Yes, I had a "cheat" weekend.
I consciously made the decision that I was going to eat whatever I felt like.
Mostly it wasn't food that was "bad" for my diet,
it was the amount that I ate.
And yes, the scales reflected it this morning!
Up 2 whole pounds!
I don't feel bad about gaining the 2 lbs
But I do feel bad that I have to lose them again.
Its so hard to lose them in the first place!
So today I am doing a yogurt day.
