Apple Cinnamon Water





Apple Cinnamon Water
Did you know that both apples and cinnamon raise your metabolism?
They also boost your potassium and magnesium 
as well as cinnamon is especially helpful in controlling diabetes.
Makes one big pitcher:
Use 1 apple thinly sliced and 1 cinnamon stick.
refill water 3 to 4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.
Drop the apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher
(save a couple to drop in your glass too)
Then the cinnamon stick.
Cover with ice then add water.
Place in fridge for about 10 minutes before serving.
