Vitamin Supplements

They are essential for our bodies to function properly, for growth, energy and for our general well-being. With very few exceptions the human body cannot manufacture or synthesize vitamins. They must be supplied in our diet or in man-made dietary supplements.
While it is recommended that you get as many as possible from your daily intake of food,
when following a low calorie diet it is essential that you take a daily supplement to achieve the recommended daily allowance.
Vitamins can help with your metabolism and actively increase your wight loss.
If you are not already taking daily supplements and are not sure which ones you should take, please check with your physician.
I personally take a multi-vitamin, calcium supplement, and Vitamin B-12.
I can often tell if I have forgotten to take my vitamins due to the lethargy I feel during the day.

The list of  all vitamins is long and varied.
Here is a list of the most essential vitamins and the recommended daily allowance.
