Day 1 VLCD


After 3 days of gorging I must say that I am more than ready to begin the 
VLCD (very low calorie diet) 
portion of this round! 

For the next few days keep a look out for some great Phase 2 friendly recipes that I will be posting.
There is no reason for this diet to be boring as there are so many options now available.

I will also update my pounds lost on a daily basis.
