Gorging Days.........



Considering that eating too much food 
has gotten you in the situation you are in,
And when you have trained your body to eat healthier and less,
the "gorging days" of the HCG protocol are hard to do!

In principle it seems that it would be easy to
 eat as much as you can and focus on
fatty, oily, greasy fried foods. Like peanut butter, French fries,
Potato chips, Fast Food.

My body is telling me different.
